ShineHub e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Shine Hub Pty Ltd (“Shinehub”, “Our”, “We” or “Us”).

The customer who is qualified to receive a Woolworths e-Gift Card from Shinehub (“You”).

All our usual terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to this e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions. 

• You must accept Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 (“Woolworths”) eGift Card terms and conditions available at https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au/about/terms-and-conditions and https://everydaygiftcards.com.au/.

• The e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• The e-Gift Card purchased by Shinehub will be delivered by Woolworths in electronic means to the email address you specified to us before we send out the e-Gift Card. 
• You acknowledge that anyone who enters a valid eGift Card Number and 4-digit PIN is allowed to use the eGift Card. You are solely responsible for any loss caused by the use of the eGift Card and PIN by you and any other person. We are not liable for lost, misplaced, destroyed, misused or stolen eGift Card and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• We are not liable for the goods or services you purchase with an eGift Card. You acknowledge and agree that we are not a party to the transaction between you and the relevant retailers. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with an eGift Card must be resolved with the retailer.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions can be viewed at shinehub.com.au/terms/e-gift-card-terms/
• These Terms are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.
