Everything to make your ShineHub system work properly! We’re responsible for maintenance, monitoring, service and equipment replacement for the whole system throughout the plan.
You can think of this like a full system warranty and insurance – if the batteries stop delivering power to your home, we will fix it at our cost. This policy is there to give you peace of mind so that you can be 100% confident with your solar purchase choice.
If your battery stops working, we will repair or replace it at our cost and credit you back for the days the battery system was not working properly. For example, if your battery was broken for a month, we would credit you back for that month’s payment in full.
No they do not, your payments stay the same the whole time you are on the Powow Hire Purchase Plan. This is so that you can enjoy a fixed, stable cost of power that you can rely on month after month.
At the end of the Hire Purchase plan, you own the battery outright at no additional cost and can continue to benefit from the electricity savings it makes!
Yes you can! You can buyout the battery and own it outright at any point if you want to. Break costs apply.
You can add an additional battery in future by getting an additional Hire Purchase Plan for the additional battery.
No, the Hire Purchase plan is a fixed interest, fixed payment plan.
If your system has not been installed you can change your payment option. Simply contact us and we will help you get things sorted.
