ShineHub Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Customer Referral Program: Shine Hub Pty Ltd (“ShineHub”, “Our”, “We” or “Us”) offers you the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends or neighbours to install solar with ShineHub. Qualifying customers will receive an e-Gift Card from ShineHub.

All our usual terms and conditions (Privacy Policy, Website Terms and Conditions, and Solar PV Sales and Installation Agreement Terms) apply to this Customer Referral Program. Customers participating in the Customer Referral Program must also accept and agree with ShineHub e-Gift Card terms and conditions available at https://staging.shinehub.com.au/terms/e-gift-card-terms/

This Customer Referral Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotion, unless otherwise specified by ShineHub.

To be eligible for our Customer Referral Program:

  • The Referrer must be an existing ShineHub customer;
  • The Referred Customer (Referee) must mention the referrer’s name and contact details to us at the time of sales consultation with ShineHub (before the installation);
  • The Referred should keep a record of mentioning the Referrer to ShineHub, and Shinehub is entitled to ask for a proof;
  • The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot have the same installation premises;
  • The Referred Customer and the Referrer will receive a WoolWorth e-Gift Card each, when both of their solar system installations are completed and both of them have paid off the remaining amounts (including any rebates/subsidy) of the solar sales and installation agreement.

In the event your referrer/referee and or you are in breach of these terms and conditions or our usual terms and conditions, Shinehub is entitled to exclude a participant or groups of participants. Your eligibility for the Program shall be deemed invalid.

We reserve the right to cancel our Customer Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.
